Arrow PHP/MySQL Dev. Req. - Must be willing to work for peanuts...

Hey Guys,

So, I'm sorta trying this as a last resort. I've just had a terrible time working with a few individuals in China and I'm extremely frustrated and in need of a php/mysql programmer willing to come on board a project I'm working on for a very limited amount of money to start off with. I'll outline what I'd like to do, and then, we'll see what we can agree on in terms of funds now, and additional funds once the site is launched and starts generating some revenue.

1. My biggest problem currently is a form that i'm working on for users to be able to submit listings to my site. The form is massive and i'd like to break it into seperate pages. http://housebulb.homedns.org/addlist...esidential.php

I will have to replicate this for other listing types. I, however, feel that if its done once, I should be able to copy it for the other required sections.

login themonkii/temp = Once logged in, click the link again. (Not currently running)

As an example, should a client select rent on the first page, the second page would have an if statement to display certain info pertaining to renting the property, etc. There are about 4 If statements for the second page....I can give more details later.

2. I'd like to have a messaging system built into it where clients can send a message to the seller. Much like we have built into this site or phpbb style.

Basically, I'm looking to find someone capable of pulling this off and that is interested in working with a start-up. I plan on working on this full time at some point (I've worked full-time on a site in the past) and would like to have a good solid go-to guy for future development.

Thanks guys!
Chris.

Should be back up in 2 mins. I should mention that this listing, if it was possible should be revised. I've figured out the form aspect of it. So, at this time, I'm only looking for someone to do the Messaging system. I would, however, like to tie in a system that will allow users to also be able to add listings to their favorites.
