How can I replicate PHP scripting?

Hey guys,

I'm just after some advice. I am looking to replicate the PHP scripting used for a website called Instant Leads (Lead Generation Software - Free Trial).
I'm working on a project for SBG Health and am needing to copy the PHP scripting used for Instant Leads so I can then work it my way for the sbg site.

Basically, the 'Get Quote' form on the sbg site has to be linked with the Instant Leads PHP script.

If anyone has any advice on how I would go about doing this, that would be great!

You might want to buy the software. $500 is a reasonable price.

Another option would be to use view source, then customize it to work with the rest of your site.
