I think the first job you give people is fixing your online application. There is no field validation, and Im able to select a US state no matter what county I select. Not to mention that your resume upload section allowed me to upload a .php file, a .EXE file and a .dll file.

You never updated the email address that this gets sent to so your likely not going to get any messages either.
