I would like to find an overseas company with a USA office (ideally) to work on our internal application that was built entirely in PHP / MySQL over the course of the last 18 months by two very talented programmers.

You must be extremely advanced in PHP / MYSQL and have at least 2 - 3 years in specific development with relevant portfolio pieces. I would expect that a team of 3 or more people should be able to handle the fast-pace and long hours required of this position. Please reply with a per-hour quote and a quick note about who you are. I pay fair rates but need a company that can commit to at least 200 - 300 hours a month for the foreseeable future.
