Happy New Year first of all, I wish you all the best in 2011.

I have a small project and I want your feedback and if it can be done or if its already in the script section.

I work for a non profit organization in Canada, and we serve and help new immigrants and youth to find their way in my city:[Job, training, schooling ... etc]

we have a training center with 12 different programs: {English, Basic Computer training, Engineering, .... etc} each program has a coordinator.
we also have employer counsellors.

the process is:

1- Clients come first to our organization to book an appointment to see one of the counsellor and some times they apply directly to one of the programs, our front desk give the client a date and time to come back to meet an assigned counsellor.

2- the counsellor meet the client and fills some forms + request a copy of the resume. the forms are based on the client information, work history, education ...... and you name it.

3- then the counsellor refer the client to different programs, or some times to a quick workshop like [resume writing, interview skills ... etc].

Also, if they client already applied directly to one of the programs but for lack of requirements he got denied from the program, so the Program Coordinator give the client some advice or ask him to go and see others coordinators ... etc.


4- if the client has been referred to any our programs that I mentioned above: usually the client come and meet the coordinator and fill the program application.

5- the client may will be accepted and may be not: then the coordinator refer him again to other coordinators or some times again to the employer counsellor.

6- also I would like to have a search enging that sort the applicated by aga, occupation, skills ..... etc.

7- Also a Report by the outcome and activities ... etc.

so what I'm looking for is to have a script that keep all the information above in database with a good interface. however, and easy to manage and also able to operate with MULTI USERS because of the volume of the clients

the website will be accessed only by our staffs many users in different locations can enter the information in same time.

Please let me know if you require more information. I just want to know if is that possible or not. and how much it will cost.
