I need to convert my existing 200+ page website to a wordpress platform and to organize and structure the navigation .

Requirements
MUST be a WordPress expert
Familiar with available plugins
Possess strong design aesthetic
looking for people who are resourceful, entrepreneurial and reliable.
Must be willing to coach me how to use wordpress
