Website Signup and Mail exchange Server

Right ok Heres what I need quoting on

I currently have a Windows 2003 Server setup with Microsoft Mail Exchange. On my website I would like users to be able to sign up for a free email account and for the site to interact with my exchange server and setup the accounts can this be done? and would anyone like to help????

Is your server hosted form home?

What's your server specs? RAM CPU, etc.
