i need a simple script that if you place in a folder will let you edit any css file in the folder via a browser with form and an incorporated swatch system for colors it must also let you see the result in a frame.

with following diffrences
when loaded in the browser i want it to show a list of all css files and when chosen page is loaded i want all the available classes on that file to be in the second dropdown let's say and the ability to save the modified version of the file in the server rather than cut and paste and i also want a better color swatch
i think there should be a parser for the css file and blah blah
