Huge difference, C++ is a real and very powerful programming language. C# is like visual basic with c-like syntax. As a rule, you only get to use c# on the .net or mono platforms. For solid cross platform application development, c++ is better than c#. Although Java is better at solid cross platform application development than either of them.
To answer the initial question:
At the moment I use php/mysql, Java/JSP/MySQL, Visual Basic 6/ASP3, Flash/Actionscript, and c++ in my programming projects.

C# is not yet up to par in my opinion as as cshark said it isn't yet cross platfrom.
I also don't like Java and prefer C++ over it and C is just useless in my opinon with C++ but I know them both anyways.

PHP, MySQL, XML, HTML, JavaScript, ActionScript, Visual Basic...
Was heavy into C++ and Assembly in college but there's not much use for it at my current job.

C and C++, with a little bit of PHP.
C# is definitely only superficially similar to C and C++. It's too soft and fluffy. It is, however, now available on multiple platforms with the release of mono and the GNU C# compiler. They're available on FreeBSD at least.
C++ is, by the way, extremely cross-platform compatible if you avoid platform specific features. wxWidgets makes even desktop apps cross platform.
