Advice/tips for 2nd interview for programming job...

I'm going in for a second interview Tuesday afternoon for a Programmer / Analyist position. It's a pretty old school shop that has big HP Alphaservers running OpenVMS and they do all their software in COBOL and 4GLs. They're actually starting to convert the systems to a mixed COBOL / JAVA environment. COBOL for the backend but with new JAVA front ends for the clients.

Anyhoo, This has been my first and now second job interview since I graduated from college in May. Suffice to say there aren't many computer jobs in the area. Long story short I originally applied for a lowly tech support position but in mentioning I wanted to do software development in the future they stated they had a programmer /analyist position. So they ended up doing two interviews in one for both jobs. They called back yesterday to do the second interview for the programmer job.

Since the first interview was pretty vanilla I know this time around it's going to be a gauntlet. I'm just hoping some people can give me pointers on what to expect since I've never had any job interviews for programming jobs before.

I've already pulled out my COBOL book and rereading it and they know I only have very limited experience at JAVA but I'm starting to read a few intro to java tutorials and plan to get ahold of some ORilley java books this weekend...

TIA!
