We are in deep development of a counter-strike control panel. It uses the webmin webserver as it's own, so it is very portable. The only problem we're having is this. Do people want something like this? I read something about a project that was abandoned awhile back but it looked ok.

Also what is a decent price for something like this? It is basically a control panel and you don't need to give shell access at all. It has an admin side and a user end side. When you add a user it will install counter-strike in to their directory. This will work with any half-life mod.

If anyone has any suggestions on features to add, please let me know.

Current features:

Start, Stop, and Restart
Edit most important cfg files
Server status (importing a kick / ban feature, also a rcon command line)
Live stats from the server
Maps : edit the cycle, upload new maps, and delete maps.

It is very basic at the moment, no design at all. All the features work except the kick/ban that I stated that we are importing.

The reason of my post is what is a reasonable licensing price or how should I go about that?

if some1 wants something like this they can just used a free thing like HLSW man, good luck selling this, it doesnt seem anymore usefull then half life server watch(http://www.hlsw.net) 2 me

Hlsw is a client side program that enables you to connect to the server if the server is on and perform rcon commands, etc.

Our application is a server side program that will allow you to connect via your web browser directley to the server and get real time statistics. It is for the webhosts that are very itchy on giving people SSH access. It does everything and more than what you can do using your ssh client to connect to your account.

As a GSP a panel for controlling only HLDS based games is uesless it needs to be able to cover more games and offer some kinda main control interface.

After several years of looking and finding nothing that suits our needs we have been using lots of seperate packages, we are just starting development of our own in house control panel that will control every thing from customer sign up to updating the hardware.

I was wondering if this sounds good. My partner and I were discussing about making a GSP control panel that allows different modules. We already have the Counter-strike module done, and each module will be able to import in to the main application.

The main application will be allow you to add users and select the game - but only the games that you have the module for. It will install the game in the directory you provide and than set them up a username and password for a web based control panel. We are now working on a Call of Duty module.

If anyone would like to contribute to our project, please post here and I'll contact you.

Since we are only two people - we don't know most games. Can someone post a list of games that we should include in our project?

yes also ı want online control panel for counter-strike.. IF someone Play Knight Online, they know Knight Online Server's Control Panels... They call KOpanel...

in This Panels;

ban,kick users..
register
show how may player playing in game,
maybe user rankings...
start-stop-restart server..

etc... I want Control Panel like this... If Someone know contorl panel like this, plesa tell me =(
