Google is taking over the world, and quite honestly, no one really minds. Google is quite a bit more reliable than microsoft, more free then yahoo, less flashy than aol, and they're only getting bigger. They have people tripping over themselves to get invites to gmail, (by the way i'm no exception and only lack of opportunity has kept me from snagging my own g-mail account..hint,hint) They have their online social network, google blogs, google groups, google image search, froogle, keyhole(new world imaging software) they registered gbrowser.com they have google news, google labs. Google is fun, they're simple and people like them. I use google 5 times a day. If they were lame and put ads on their homepage they could make bank, but instead they don't. And the ads they offer in google ads are simple unobtrusive text ads. Anyone else out there feel good about google?

No doubt, Google has certainly made huge strides on the internet world but, like em or not, you can bet Microsoft won't take this lying down. They will do whatever it takes to compete in seach technology and the other platforms that are becoming hotly contested. And they are MUCH bigger that Google.

and yes, google has blog sector .. blogger.com

It's own by google.

And i feel, unless google can produce their own OS, then yes, they can take over microsoft ...if not .. they will only be the net largest service provider.
