Wink Which language Java or Assembler

Dear Forum:Java vs Assembler

I need some advice. My school's computer programming curriculum
offers both java assembly language. To my knowledge I will not ever
need assembler in a corporate DP environment but maybe I'm
wrong. By the way assembler is actually an elective.

Also which language is easier to learn? Which language would
be more in demand when getting a job?

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

Chris Beyer
