You better get yourself an eLawyer (not an iLawyer though) and prepare for Internet Court.

Reply to his email, and tell him you welcome his legal claim, but warn that you plan to counter claim for all legal costs incurred by this lawlsuit.

I`ve searched for the name in cause on www.wipo.int (the international trademark register) and I didn`t find anything...

I don`t think that scriptlance is internationally registered, so i think you won`t have problem with your domain....
