What are the problems you face on lancing sites?

What are the problems you face on lancing sites whenever you post a new project, as a programmer?

I normally face -
1. No clear project requirements documentation.
2. High fee.

What about you?

1) Too many indians working for really really low prices.
2) Usually not enough interaction with the client, oftentimes meaning you have to redo things over and over because they think you're psychic.

Thats' true..

And the main reason(s) for this:
1. Indians can understand & speak English well..so communication is no more a problem.

2. Indians are workholic.

3. Indian currency compared to USD is like Gold. 1 USD=45 INR. 1000USD = 45000 INR.

I'm an Indian myself and living in US for last couple of years. Since, India is a developing Nation, with many internal problems like unemployement, over population, outsourcing and IT industry has opened a whole new world of opportunities for Indians.
