Hotscripts.com is the best one really.

There's also http://scriptsearch.com which looks a lot like the old hotscripts, and http://dynamicdrive.com for javascripts.

Hotscript is easily for searching. No point trying the rest as they seem to have the same content , same script available Hotscript Website .

Well.. there's nothing wrong with getting your products out to as many places as you can, no matter how great HS is. Different strokes for different folks.. I mean content. Besides the more relevant links back to your site can get you higher ranking in some of the engines out there, which is always a good thing. I don't vouch for any of the links followed on the pages below.. not sure if they update or not, but you can try.

http://dmoz.org/Computers/Programmin...l/Directories/
http://dmoz.org/Computers/Programmin...s/Directories/
http://dmoz.org/Computers/Programmin...t/Directories/
http://dmoz.org/Computers/Programmin...W/Directories/
http://dmoz.org/Computers/Programmin...P/Directories/

oh.. dmoz <sigh> can get so confusing! These are ones that I see most often-visit-list whichever, whether already mentioned in this thread or not:

- http://www.hotscripts.com [of course!]

There "are" alot, so keep searching!
Best of Luck & Welcome to programming!

he meant is a joke but deep down he's really cursing you...he'll probably sue you for making advertisments to competitors which they didn't collect a penny from.
