WYSIWYG software for PHP coding

I'm using mostly Dreamweaver and Ultraedit for PHP coding and after first difficulties I'm satisfied with these tools. My friend have also idea to start PHP but his "faith" isn't so strong like my is and he would like to start using some PHP IDE tool. I suggested to him EngInSite and PHP Editor but he would like something very similar to Dreamweaver but oriented mostly to PHP. Is there on market some tool of this characteristics?
