I think maybe you're reading a bit too much into my comments.

The quote was, "
now I have Microsoft's backing as they are helping me launch officially in a few weeks", so I was looking for some mention of it on their site. Usually they promote products they support or invest in, or that they're helping launch. I was looking for some sort of reference to the launch or whatever, but I didn't see it. (I've worked for Microsoft, so I know that they usually mention products they're involved with.)

I see. Well, then I guess we'll just have to take your word for it. Personally, if it was me I'd be glad to explain how Microsoft was helping me.

I don't claim to be "really on top of technology", nor do I care if others think that or not. Why would I?

All I said was that I'm still waiting for email to die, as you had mentioned it would. I don't see it dying, but maybe it's because I'm not really on top of technology. Or maybe it's because it's not really dying.

Well that's great Boraan, I can hardly wait to see this emerging web emerge. I hope the emerging web collectively synergizes customer-facing mindshare in order to utilize a versatile leading edge protocol through synthesized scalable interfaces and other cross-platform e-services. (That would be so cool!!!)

No, cynicism is like me holding the giraffe still while you fill the bathtub with brightly-colored machine tools.

I'm not bashing you, I'm simply looking for evidence of the things you mentioned/claimed in our last informative exchange of views.

That's unpossible! Surely I can keep up with every new development in every field on the entire planet. After all, I read
Slashdot AND the

Well then I'll let you go do them. I don't want to delay the emergence of the next version of teh intarweb 2.0.
PS: please let me know when email dies; I don't want to miss that.
