Question Customer Service Messanger

I have a client that wants to put an IM feature so his clients can talk with his customer service department. Not a chat room wants IM's to be private between CS dept and client. Any sugestions on scripts?

Hire a programmer (like meh) and get a custom-patented one! =)

Re:

if you need it for yosuelf, it is best to use some of the programmers here and get it developed. You can also browse through various ready made solutions available elsewhere. But a tailor made solution is always good as long as you can find someone who can od it exactly the way you wnat it to be.

I was looking for pre-made solutions on PSC (the planet) recently, and it amazed me that there were at least half a dozen half-way usable ones in the visual basic section. Some of them were sloppy, but most were usable. I actually used one of them to create an encrypted messenger for my work place that replaced AIM. It was fun to produce, but it drove the guy monitoring internet activity crazy! All of a sudden there was this uninteligable gobbledegook floating around the network that he couldn't read without the client I had put together. I guess you had to be there...
