Spin Needing some advice

Okay this is what i want to do.

I want to offer my clients the option of changing their websites or making their own by purchasing or fidning for free a program that i hold on my server.

Basically they will login and it will direct them to their website now or a blank template to start creating and customizing their own.

I was wanting to know if there are any good programs out there like that i have found one but i am looking to compare with others. Price is not a matter.

Yes i know there are plenty of people who already do this and with their sucess i cant compete........blah blah
im not looking to compete i already have clients who are asking about this sort of thing and it would make my job a lot easier plus prove some of them wrong

sooo...........without your personal opinion of what im doing is there anything like this out there and if so where would i get it?

You can't get much simpler than Wordpress MU. (Multi-user).

Wordpress MU allows you to deploy multiple sites using one core codebase. Each client would then have their own site with a CMS. When you say drag and drop, most Wordpress themes support widgets which is drag and drop (via AJAX). Pretty slick stuff.
