Question Thread prefix?

I'm trying to post in script requests, but when ever I try it says "You must select a thread prefix". I can't find anything anywhere about a thread prefix, and I've tried putting (unsolved), [UNSOLVED] etc. before the title. What on earth is the thread prefix? Thanks!
