Hey everybody, (/wave @digioz). Been a hot minute since I've been around (again). I hope everyone enjoyed the holiday season and that the 2010 is going well. I'm back from another project and I'm taking the next couple of months to catch back up on some of my own work, new ideas, etc so I'll be around more often.
I'd like to get back into the swing of things so if anyone has any questions about Perl, Security, Stylesheets, or basically anything about procedures and framework feel free to ask. I did get a lot of emails while I was away and to answer the most asked question... Yes, I will start posting whole code again instead of snippets.
Just two quick updates on my projects...
The messaging system I designed a few years ago has really taken off. Thanks to all of you who piped in on the idea. It really helped shape the outcome. It is a shame what that company did (nope, not mentioning the name) trying to steal my idea but they did a poor job of doing it and pretty much made mine a success because they failed.
TechDex Warden is now up and running too for passive website security. Thanks to a few partners Warden now automatically blocks almost forty thousand known bad hosts from interacting with your website. That includes hackers, advertising rings, bots, etc.
I'm in the process of scaling up to 10,000 users and I'm in need of beta testers again to give it another big stress test. If you all wouldn't mind lending me a helping hand?
