Write some code that generates vertical column headers for a 128 column report.
Each column is a single character wide and the headings are the column offset from the left.
The output should be similar to:
0000000000000000000000 ... 1111111111111
0000000001111111111222 ... 1111222222222
1234567890123456789012 ... 6789012345678
Use any language and any approach.
