Recently, I had a long vacation to a foreign country and left my scripting business to my friend, who didnt manage it very well, and the guys from mojoscripts.com somehow stole all my domains, included some with very good traffics, and a cgi-script site at logicscripts.com. They were all registered with godaddy.com
I had a good client base with logicscripts.com and those people can give testimonials on court if needed. However, those guys at mojoscripts.com do not have a real address in the US, so how do I sue them?
I talked to a couple of lawyers but they cant do it until i have a valid US address of the guy
Any help from anyone is greatly appreciated. if you know anything about godaddy.com that can help me get the domains back, $$$ will be rewarded. Even though I dont need the domains as bad as they think I would, but I dont want them to take advantage of my works.
