Syntax error code 0

Hi all, I'm posting this here rather than a particular forum because I don't know where the problem lies.

I am getting continuous error messages when trying to load webpages that contain web controls (my website uses asp.net and code was prepared in MS Visual Studio).

The most common error is a "Line 2 char 1 Error syntax error code 0", but sometimes it is a runtime error.

Any advice or suggestions would be really great.
