I want to register a domain name in the .fr/.com.fr domain space, but you have to have a connection to France. As a citizen of the United States, I am without a connection to France. I was wondering what I could to do register a name in the .fr space (without moving to France).

I was also wondering the cost of these domains, I looked on Netnames and am looking for a lower price than the $130 they offer.
