Anyone running a server with working bandwidth from home? If so, can you tell me how you found your bandwidth and how much you pay?

That's a brave move. I looked into different options before setting up a website and the simple thing is its much cheapr to go to a webhost for it.

Yep, have one of those. I'm just bored. Anyway, I found out my ISP has been blocking port 80 the entire time. So, now I'm running on another port and doing pretty good. I used a redirection like cjb.net to redirect dns lookups to the port. Getting anywhere from 40kb on up transfers using a cable modem. Largest load has only been six continuous users though, which is all I really wanted anyway.

My bandwidth is unlimited and my speed is really fast... i find it nice to have a home server (gives you more freedome), only problem is that your comp might not be built to be as a server and you don't have all the options a webhost would give you ;D
