I'm not a programmer. I just know enough HTML to cut and paste with Java scripts I get from steal this code type sites so that I can build my own simple sites with pop up windows and rollovers.

Here's my newest venture.
I'm trying to create an online directory (like the Yellow Pages) where users (clients) can access it and enter different fields of text that upon hitting a submit button, would then appear on the website. It would be like a super-charged yellow pages.

So say you own a barber shop. You'd go to my site. You'd choose "type of business" from the pulldown. Then "BEauty shops, etc" ; then you'd enter stuff like address, tel, and even upload picts of your store or haircuts you'd done.

Any ideas if I can find pre-written code for a site like that. I don't even know what to type in to call the scripts I'm searching for.

you need to pay people mto do this or learn yourself, mooching off other people isnt good and im suprised im the first to flame your for it
