Red face Danger. Newby needs help

Hi All. Just putting a site together using bluevoda site builder, (No scripting required) have learned a very small bit about PHP but still a total rank amature. I am attempting to build a recruitment site and hotscripts was recommended as the place to look for job boards etc. My site can be located at www.dksolutions.info/candidateindex.html and the real problem I am having is with functionality. I have had a look at a few of the scripts available and even downloaded one or two but can not get them to work. Any suggestions or assistance would be greatfully accepted.

What are you asking/looking for? Your post is confusing and just seems like your trying to spam your website to me.

I am most certainly not trying to spam my website. (in fact I wouldnt know how to) what I am trying to do is address an issue on my site. At present I need to add both jobs and candidates manually and then republish the pages (If you have a quick look at the site you will see what I mean. What I wanted to do was install a script which would allow cvs & jobs to be posted directly to the site and be deleted directly from the site. I am a recruiter not a website builder but I am trying to learn how to build a functional site. Sorry if my question confused or offended that was not my intention.
