Regarding Apacheserver

Hai all,
this is shiva i had installed apache server and configured with the svn previously it is
working but in the another user again installed apache server so after again uninstalling the
apache server the previously configured apache server along with the svn is not working
how to trouble shoot that any one please help me in it
