I'm new to CSS and need to get a real estate website up fast. this particular real estate site has only 10-12 listed properties so it's very small time.

as of today (5-10-10), it's being hosted with ala mode out of the Oklahoma City area for some $400/yr. i've convinced higher ups to host it elsewhere and re-work the website.

i've used MS Frontpage for about 1.5 yrs but it has been strictly html. i now have a copy of MS Expression and 'am pretty much lost because I have zero CSS exposure.

I have a good understanding but not enough to bring up a site just yet.

I've located some free real estate web templates I can use to get started and should be able to get this site running.

can someone point me to some experts in the area of real estate wesite design??

not only for this small scale site but on a larger scale, for another site I admin using frontpage Kiamichi Realty - Broken Bow, OK. as soon as i get the johnnsonlakecountryrealty.com site rolled over to expression using professional looking stylesheets, i would like to do the same w/ kiamichirealty.com.

i would also like to take another step up to start advertising FSBO and Cabin Rental properties.......this is even another step forward

Firstly and this is a big question will it be you who does the management and the technical stuff when something does, inevitetably need fixing?
If so, its always easiest if you know your way around the hard code your self in which case I'd say go straight to w3schools and learn some PHP as well as CSS!

Otherwise I can recomend you to a firm Shinytastic - Web and Multimedia - Portfolio / Client List very good and very professional.

They are based in London UK, and im getting the feeling that you are from America however with todays technology I can't see that being an issue!

Your other option is to get a student to do it, being one my self the skills are there, as well as the portfolio and the prices arn't horiffic. I am not in to the idea of just posting on forums and getting work which is why I am not going selling myself, however if you do want further recomendations or to talk further let me know as I will be able to point you in the direction of some good firms. Or students!
