Hello Friends,

I am brand new here and posted my first question earlier today prior to noticing this section.
Not that I wish to bulk up the database but I thought I would just post it here also in case someone might direct me to where it perhaps should be posted. Currently I have placed it in the Script Requests section, but it may not belong in there. My apologies should this be the case.

This project is to be used in the Real Estate realm for providing feedback regarding Open House (house for sale) to my client, and his client, (person selling the house)
I am using WordPress and need a form that the agent can send (or email a link if I place the form on the server) to other Real Estate agents who show the home.
The form will contain a few questions regarding feedback that was mentioned during the Open House.
When the agent (who has shown the home) completes the form, my client (Real Estate agent) I will be notified and his client, (the home seller) as well.

The idea being, that as the house is shown (by other Real Estate agents), -comments made about the condition of the house are used to complete a form by said Real Estate agent(s). This completed form is then sent back to my Real Estate agent/client and a cc is also generated to the Open House “seller” –so that he or she may get feedback regarding their house.

I would be very grateful hearing from anyone who may have ideas and I thank you very kindly in advance for any guidance regarding this project and/or where it should really be posted for best assistance. Many thanks.
