ok coldfusion falls under java its entire main frame is java
hi i am new to coldfusion

i just finaly got coldfusion to work on linux

what i have set up is
jive wildfire xmmp istant messaging server
coldfusion 7 server

what i am trying to do is
use coldfusion to add or romove the user rosters on the instant message server.

i am trying to make it work by stating the user that i want through a query string and then state the buddy that i want to add to the roster this means that i am stating the buddy that i want to by query string too

the problem is that i am realy new to coldfusion and i have looked at the turtorials but none press on this matter the only things that the turtorial have stated is that you can mod the users rosters but there was no example implying this

only thing i know is that it is possible ,but i need to see a example to understand how it works



can sombody please help me i am desperate i have been through php perl python java and they have all failed me in what i am trying to do

to add to that i have been trying to find a desent example that works for nealy 3 weeks can sombody please help me !!!
