Is there any way to trigger a screenshot from a web page, and hopefully save it to a folder on the users computer? I want to put it in a toolbar I am developing, and I don't know what language I should look into.

This toolbar has the feature I want, but I don't know how he did it:

The toolbar is running on the user's computer (it's a plug-in to the browser). Without something like an ActiveX control, you have no hope of getting similar functionality out of a browser page... and the user has to want to give you security clearance to load the ActiveX control, so you might want to think about how that's going to happen.
