Question Safety of actevex by ActiveState PerlCtrl
How to make that actevex control created by ActiveState PerlCtrl might be started only on the certain site

You're going to be better off asking this on an ActivePerl mail list. This is pretty specific to the Perl Dev Kit that ActiveState markets.
