Regular Expression search pattern

Hi, everyone:

I am new member of this discussion group and I need your help. I wrote the folliwng search pattern to get the cell numbers (see the file bellow) in the 4th collumn and save them as "bts", but it does not work. Will you help me troubleshoot the problem(s), please? Thanks.
