I have formmail installed on 3 sites with the same host. The forms have worked fine for over a year, then suddenly have stopped functioning properly.

Maybe the host's server setup changed or something but they have not helped me with this problem.

The forms will not work now if a manual text return is entered, (usually the case), in the text message area by someone filling out the form.

When a return is used, the script returns the error: "Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request".

The form works fine if no returns are used when filling in a message.

Has anyone experienced this problem or have an idea how to fix?
