Question

First post : HELP?

Hi, i'm trying to start a website for artists and i'm looking for a preferably free script or scripts which will allow me to sign up users and allocate their own webpage plus a given amount of webspace to them where they can login and upload personal info plus images. Can anyone recommend something or point me in the right direction, i would really appreciate it.
