Question Php with flash or without tables ?

Site is all in php and I have horizontal menu in flash ... link1 link2.
I set in flash go to url down.php?page=link1, target _main but not working!
I made example in frames too and my flash is always loading again??
I see in macromedia.com they have i same problem flesh is loading again (reloading) when user click on link on flash menu?
Is ok when u have small flash not animated logo on flash.

How to set that my flash is only ones is load and links goes on target _main no _top !!

I try everything ... help me please?

clik on contact must go on target _main or down frame !! urgh!!
