I need a php system life http://www.sogamed.com uses. Must have features:

- user cp
- user can upload his config.cfg file
- news system
- clan system: an user creates a clan, others join
- in site messaging
- etc...
- etc...
- etc...

Please help me to find a system like this. I will use it in a new site that in foreing language.
