Need help

I am trying to figure out how to have a visitor to my site click an ad before being able to view or download a media file. Any help would be appreciated.

You are evil.

It can easily be done but I refuse. Evil people force users to click when they don't want to.

You remind me of the parents that force there kids to eat peas even though the kid hates peas. EVIL.

OUCH! I saw a script exactly like this (Are you talking about where the user clicks an ad, then they can press the submit button?)

Anyway, there is something for this at hotscripts, but I don't wanna go looking for it

Good luck

Oh you assitant to evil. Evil in this world is going to be greater because you helped. Some day you will come to a site that is going to force you to click on an ad and you will remember this thread. You helped spread the cancer of the internet.

My site, my preferences

Evil it may be from your point of view but i pay for the service of having the domain and service so I guess I can do what ever I want on MY website, I wasn't looking for a confrontational reply. I am in the military and I wear the uniform to protect my freedom of speech, the freedom that America is quickly forgetting what this country is all about. But thanks for your reply. I will figure it out.

Here's the thing though, what you're asking us for is basically one of the best ways to get RID of visitors. One of the BIGGEST turn-offs for visiting sites is having to do what you're asking. It's not in ANYONES interest to do it, yours or the visitors.

What does you having to be in the military have to do with programming? I'm not sure you get the point here. Secondly what does you belonging to an american armed forces have to do with protecting freedom on the internet? Do you realize that the internet isn't just in america. That there are more than just americans using the internet?

Mainly I don't think you get how this works. If you come in to a forum and ask for some help you should be gracious you if you get anything. I normally wouldn't of bothered with the lip service I did.

Do you have a SOP for RTFM?
