MySQL errors, php, etc... Help

First, I new and don't much about mysql.

This is 2nd time this happened in 5 months:

http://www.burtmanindustries.com/index.php

mysql jargon all over screen.

My webmaster fixed it thelast time, but I can't get ahold of him.

I want to know how I could fix myself and if it's a big deal to fix?

My webmaster fixed it said he made a back up, and then re-created the DB.

Here was the error:

Can't open file: 'sessions.MYI'. (errno: 145)

Error

SQL-query :

SHOW KEYS FROM `sessions`

MySQL said:

#1016 - Can't open file: 'sessions.MYI'. (errno: 145)

I'm told it was the server that caused it. My guy that runs the server says it was the coding on my site. So I'm not sure who's fault this is when it happens.

That's definatley a server issue, sounds like a corrupt MySQL file, what version of MySQL is the server running?

Ok, some more errors now.

It loads fine sometimes or it might not.

Keep hitting RELOAD or REFRESH for this link to make the mysql error.
