I'm looking for php/mysql shopping cart.

Real simple...I want to use it internally for allowing sales reps to place orders for promotional items. Each rep is given a credit limit of $500 per year. I want to set that limit on their account and not let them order beyond that limit until additional funds are added to their account.

Is anyone aware of any shopping cart that handle this out of the box? Seems pretty simple but I haven't found anything yet.
