i need the best system and reable system for my website

i been told that no one of this system the cleints caanot open automticly there own email box but menualy i have to do it from cpanel.

I use www.hivemail.com which uses a catchall account to collect mail which is then stored in MySQL. As it doesn't need to create POP accounts users can register themselves (verification/approval are options).

I can't remember what it costs (around $150ish I think) and support varies from brilliant to non-existent from week to week but you can get answers to most questions in the forums.
