whats the best Top Sites Script ?

hi,
i been useing Auto rank Pro CGI for few years now and was thinking to change it to the PHP because i have more then 8700 sites registred but also was wondering is there a better ranking script ? something it may be more secure when it comes to anticheat ?
i tryed to search and visited other sites which offer scripts but none had more details so i was hopeing some one with more experiance may help me out here and point me to the best script around.

thanks

I could help you develop a script that would check if a user from that same IP has already ranked that page. And, add a few other custom features you would like. If interested let me know at greggjewell@yahoo.com.

Work would be free.

You could try autorank php, its pretty good. I've also just developed one(its free). It not as feature rich as autorank but take a look. http://www.chipmunk-scripts.com/topsites .
My script uses an anti-cheat gateway and IP tracking.

The truth of the matter is, if they clean cookies and proximize their IP, there is no way to prevent cheating. I've tried it on many topsite system and if you do those two, its impossible to track you.

That is why you do not use cookies to store data, you can use a flat-file or database. And, even if users can proximize their IP's, target their IP by all but the last 3 numbers to reduce this.

My Ip changes from 65.xx.xx.xx t 64.xx.xx.xx when I log of, I store everything in a database, but if they are intent on cheating, you can't stop them.

User can:

Make IP dynamic or hide IPS
Clear cookies

If they do those two, there is no way to legally track them.

Storing an IP in a flatfile of DB won't help if you log on using another IP.

auto rank pro cgi and php tracks ips for each account and logs it so each site gets its own log of ips so if some guy votes for site A his ip is blocked from voteing again for the same site but he can vote for site B
does your script do that ?
also i am looking for something which is heavy duty i have loads of hits per day

Yes, my script tracks which IP voted for which site. I'm going to add in user rating sometime.

I still recommend autorank php for heavy duty stuff.
