decode Pop3 email headers

im making a script to get an attachment from an email automatically

and im having trouble trying to get the header and attachment from the body of the email

it would be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction, and show me the best way to do this.

Code:
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit
Content-Disposition: inline

OMFG
