whe i try to setup php script why it came out this error?

What I can see with this error message is you are trying to install phpPgAds-2.0, but the script can't open the file lib-dbconfig.inc.php which is located at:
home/www/tehpoh.freesuperhost.com/New Folder (4)/phpPgAds-2.0/libraries/lib-dbconfig.inc.php
my guess is "New Folder (4)" shouldn't supposed to be there. But I have to see the code to give a certain answer.
Please send php code of install.php, then I can help more.
p.s. if you have database name, password etc. in install.php file please hide them before sending code.
p.s.2 I'm not a php expert just learning my way.

The version of PHP you are using doesn't have support for connecting to a PostgreSQL database server. You need to enable the PHP PostgreSQL extension before you can proceed.
If you are not able to correct the problems listed above, please contact the administrator of the server you are trying to install phpPgAds on. The administrator of the server may be able to help you.


how to fix it ,currently i using 100webspace.com is it posible to fix it ?thanks

Looks like php is not compiled with Postgresql or the 'RPM' for php-pg is not installed... Not much you can do. The admin needs to recompile php or install php-pg-%version.%arch.rpm
