MySQL db

Hello,
I am in need of a MyDQL db with unlimited users (or lots of users around 100) and complete permission control. Basically it is a db of hospitals and each hospital has its own record in the table. I need to be able to use phpmyadmin or something like it to give each hospital permission for their record only. Can anyone offer this?

I have been told that phpmyadmin can not do this in a shared environment and that a set of scripts would be required. I am not good with writing my own. Can anyone give me a hand? Questions, feel free to post a reply.
Thank you!
Brad

You'll need to gen up a simple form for them to use. You didn't say what their access was to be for (reading, updating, etc) but phpMyAdmin wouldn't really be suited for this; it's an admin tool and the users would quickly make a mess of things with it.
