Formatting Incoming Email Text (PHP)

I downloaded a premade php script for email questions/feedback for my website, it works very well. However, I was wondering if there is a was a way to format (i.e. different font, color, etc.) the incoming email text when a visitor sends an email???

Any help or direction would be appreciated!

If you have an HTML enabled e-mail client (which the majority of e-mail clients out there are nowadays), you can use HTML just as you would on a web page.
