PHP MySQL Database Search Help

I have many sites that run on PHP and a MySql database. They all share the same databases and I would like to streamline the search process. actually make them searchable. There are 7 tables to search and pull results from all updated by several csv files daily.

I cannot seem to figure out how to make them searchable etc. Anyone have any suggestions? Message me back for the details, I sure appreciate the help and don't mind paying for quality work.

Thanks for your time,
Brian
